Torrents not downloading qbittorrent

I seem to be having a problem with Qbittorrent, I recently tried to see if I could optimize Qbittorrent using a guide that I found online.. My problem is that my torrents stopped downloading and uploading, Everything has stopped. I've recently not been able to download anything using qBittorrent on my Ubuntu LTS system. I use Private Internet Access as my preferred VPN client. Whether I use the VPN or not, I cannot get any of the torrents to start. I've tried a variety of different search engines using the built-in search feature, including limetorrents, bltadwin.ru, zoodle and bltadwin.ru but none start downloading.

Posted J. as of July , my torrent isn't working. It always says "connecting to peers" or "downloading " but it isn't downloading at all. I tried uninstalling reinstalling bit torrent, restarting pc, installed old version of bit torrent, tried it in different PC, configured the settings but still no progress at all. Qbittorrent not downloading, but Deluge is. Question. I've tried downloading 4 torrents with over seeders on qbittorrent but I get stuck on stalling. I tried to download them with Deluge and they work fine. I prefer qbittorrent, is there anyway to get it to work still? It was working fine with no problems for a few years. Qbittorrent isn't even letting me move torrents around, I usually put torrents in a "downloading" folder then I put the finished torrents in a folder marked "Unsorted by Filebot" using the torrent program, But when I use the option "Set Location" in Qbittorrent nothing happens. Try downloading bltadwin.rut file directly and see if that fixes things. Use the ‘Test Proxy’ Feature: Several torrent clients (Vuze, QBittorrent Deluge) let you check whether your proxy settings are working. Disable the proxy: If all else fails, disable the proxy and see if your torrents download normally. If they do, you know the proxy settings are to blame.
